To get verified, go to your account area, open the verification section and follow the photo verification process. Our team then approves your request within a few days. Other profiles have no verification step to complete.
You can delete your ThaiSecret account at any time. Log in to your member area, click "Settings", then "manage my account" and finally "Unsubscribe".
Please note: deleting your profile is permanent. It destroys all your data (photos, messages, contacts) and cancels your subscription if you have one, in line with our privacy policy.

You can also show your interest by liking their profile: if this member likes you too, it's a crush! There is no need to be crushes to write to a member. Private messaging stays confidential: only you and the other member can see your conversation.
When a profile catches your eye, like it from the member's profile, from member lists or from the "..." menu of a conversation. Liking is free. If this member likes you too, it's a crush! A like you send cannot be canceled.
Become crushes with a member to follow their updates, give them access to your private albums reserved for crushes and much more! Find the members who have liked your profile, and your crushes, in the "Likes" area, under the "Likes received" and "My crushes" tabs. A like you have received that does not interest you can be removed from your Likes received, without the member being notified. There is no need to be crushes to write to a member.
By default, your private albums are reserved for your crushes. They open to a member as soon as you become crushes, including when they like back a like you sent them a long time ago. To keep a private album closed to your crushes, turn off "Visible to my crushes" in its settings: it is then visible only to the members you share it with, for the length of time you choose.
Your crushes appear in the "Crushes" tab on your profile, which logged-in members can see. To hide it, turn off "Show my crushes on my profile" in your account settings ("Privacy" section on the website): your profile then no longer appears in your crushes' lists either.
You can remove a member from your crushes at any time, from their profile. They are not notified, your respective private albums close immediately and your conversation is kept. The crush only comes back if you like their profile again.
From the "..." menu on their profile or in your conversation, choose "Share my private content". For each private album, choose how long it is shared: 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or no time limit. You can also enter their username in "Share with members" when you create or edit a private album. The member sees only these albums until the end of the chosen period, or until you stop sharing if there is no time limit. You can extend a share or choose "Stop sharing" at any time, from the "Share my private content" window or from the "Shared content" page. Sharing does not create a crush. Sharing your albums in exchange for money or a benefit is prohibited.
Open the notification, or the albums tab of their profile, where a padlock marks the private albums you can see: the shared album is displayed until the date shown, or with no time limit as long as the member keeps sharing it. You will find everything shared with you on the "Shared content" page, "Shared with me" tab, where you can also choose "Stop viewing". The album is entrusted to you by its owner: distributing it without their consent is prohibited.
When you are not online, an email lets you know, among other things, when a member visits your profile, writes you a private message or becomes your crush. Your new likes are grouped together in a summary email, sent at most twice a day, likewise when you are not online, rather than one email per like. Only likes from the profiles you are looking for, according to your profile, are included. The others remain visible in your Likes received. These notifications are turned on by default.
You can turn them off or back on at any time from the "Alerts" section of your account. You can also enable browser or app notifications to receive alerts in real time.
First, check the "spam" or "junk" folders of your mailbox: if our emails are there, mark them as "not spam" so future messages arrive normally.
Next, make sure your alerts are turned on in the "Alerts" section of your account. Email alerts are only sent when you are not online. If the problem continues, contact our team through the contact form: we will check email delivery to your address.
Several warning signs should put you on alert: impersonal copy-and-paste messages, photos that look too perfect or heavily edited, a strange username, a declaration of love that comes very quickly, or someone who immediately wants to leave the site for another messaging app.
Golden rule: never send money, whatever the story (a medical emergency, a plane ticket, a visa). Never share your passwords or your bank details. Our team will never ask you for them. If you have the slightest doubt, report the profile: our moderation team reviews every report.
If a member behaves in a way that breaks our terms of use (inappropriate messages, attempted fraud, stolen photos), report them directly from their profile or contact our team through the contact form, stating their username and the reason for the report.
Every report is reviewed by a moderator. ThaiSecret actively monitors suspicious sign-ups to keep our community genuine and welcoming.
You can block a member at any time from their profile or a conversation: they will no longer be able to write to you or interact with you, and you will no longer see their messages. This action is reversible: you can lift the block from the "Blocked members" section of your account.
If the member's behavior calls for action from our team, also report them in addition to blocking them.
